Genesu: The Icon Of Trust
(The Inner Walk With Self)

Genesu (Gen-ne-su) is an ancient Lemurian word meaning absolute inner trust. While the term originally came from Lemuria, it was used in Atlantis and, from there, the term was brought to very early ancient Egypt. Genesu was an unquestioned trust that was very strong; it came from very deep within the individual's inner being. The concept [the way of Genesu] Genesu was so important in everyday life because the trust factor was assumed to have come from such a deep part of the individual that it was automatically assumed that each individual would have it in all their daily interactions with each other, and with all aspects of government.

Genesu was very similar to the concept of Maat which appeared in middle, and later Egypt, just before the Double-Lands which is now known as Egypt came under the rule of Pharaoh (originally, the Nile river divided Egypt into two kingdoms. Each had its own god as the source of worship. On one side of the river Nile the ruling God was in the image of the head of a vulture; on the other side of the river Nile, the ruling God was in the image of a feathered cobra. After the king of one side of the Nile attacked and defeated the king of the other side of the Nile, the two kingdoms were united. So as to not anger the Gods, the new pharaoh ruled both kingdoms under a new crown [a double crown that is known today as the miter, worn by high members of the church of Rome] that still represented both of the Gods. The white crown still served the feathered cobra God and the blue crown still served the head of a vulture God. It is interesting to note that while the feathered cobra and the head of a vulture no longer reside upon the double-crown that is worn today, the double-crown, the plain, unadorned miter still is used). There was a difference however. While Maat was the symbol for absolute inner truth, Genesu was the symbol for absolute inner trust.

An example of Genesu would be the inner faith a dog or a cat has for his loving master. The cat knows the human is far stronger than it is. It also knows the human could easily kill it if it wished. But, because of Genesu, it knows the human loves it; therefore, it won't kill it.

Genesu is the bond of faithful acceptance that exists between any two or more life-forms who interact with one another such that a form of love comes into being. It is the most important aspect of any friendship or lover-type relationship. When Genesu is destroyed, no personal relationship can continue, as the divorce courts can attest. Genesu is also the bond which Man must come to know if he is to achieve lasting peace upon the planet Earth.

Genesu is not limited to the Astral Plane of Common Reality plane of existence. In fact, Genesu plays a particularly sensitive but powerful role in the advancement of any given life-form's spiritual growth. It also modifies greatly the individual's mobility factor, regardless of the residency of its level.

Firstly, with reference to a life-form's sensitive spiritual growth, growth cannot be achieved unless the individual believes and trusts in itself; each must have an inward and an outward awareness of Genesu. If such awareness does not exists, there will be no seeming validity to the choice of the spiritual path that calls.

In the spiritual realm, there are no direct proofs... only feelings of what may be right and what may be wrong guide the seeker true to the path of wisdom or guide the seeker astray. It is because of the many illusions that are present that only indirectly, through personal experience, can the feelings that call us to be spiritual be translated and used as individualistic proofs with which to live by.

Needless to say, Genesu [the Genesu that is actively guiding one's self] must be at work before one's Genesu can be used to guide something else. As an example, if an individual believed in the existence of a God that created him, that individual first had to have believed and trusted himself---the belief in himself had to come before the belief in his God. This is so because of the very specific one-to-one nature of the relationship between an illusion and its reality. Specifically, the individual could not have reached out and trusted in the existence of his God until the individual first successfully reached within himself and there learned to trust his process of decision making. The individual's inward illusion (of what he feels is right and wrong) is the very illusion that he must use (use as he reaches outward) to feel what is right and wrong with his world. It is Genesu that is used to look inward, to form an internal reality (that is as divided as are his truths and his values) that is later used as a guide for the process of decision making in the individual's outer layers (which contain his overlapping value-system), and finally, the external reality that goes into the makeup of his everyday life. In simple words, trusting or not trusting must first exist within before it can be extended without.

Once having the ability to trust the simple decisions, the next logical step is to trust the choices that are made (what decision will be made... when... and at what); in the spiritual realm, there are paths that must be walked alone... but also, there are paths that simply cannot be walked alone. Upon the paths which cannot be walked alone, the seeker must develop Genesu toward the energies and towards the Other-world Teachers that are there to help and guide along one's chosen way.

Indeed, if truth would speak, there can be many deceptions along the way... if Genesu is not there to guide, what guidance is there? Genesu is based upon love... and, if love is in your heart, your Genesu will not fail you. You will think and do accordingly. If however, you find that your Genesu has failed you, then your love was tainted by manifestations of hidden agendas. Within the realm of failed Genesu comes great danger--it is referred to as The Backlash Of Genesu.

A metaphor will help in the explanation of the backlash of Genesu. It's like planting the mind, the feelings, and the emotions firmly into the soil of darkness upon the banks of the river of love.

Upon the river's bank (where the pain of lost loves is so great) an individual may comfortably reside, but for a time. Where the waters of the river of love can no longer touch anguish which gives power to private harpies, the heart may watch the waters of the river of love flow by in safety, albeit with the pain that screams from the past. Where the sorrow that comes of reaching out cries out, the frozen heart can comfortably trust in no one, ever again (the guiding thought becomes: It is better to not love than to suffer the pain of a lost love). Upon the banks of the river of love, Genesu becomes locked in a deepened corner of the soul; locked tightly, so the fear of losing a love can never be felt, again. From this point of cruel safety, life ambles ever onward, leaving the individual's empty shell behind, silently watching, ever fearing.

It is written that I must know myself if I am to be...
It is said that I can only be if I accept myself's thoughts and deeds without misgivings.
It is written that I cannot accept myself, much less my thoughts and my deeds if I cannot honor me, myself, and I...
It is said that to honor that which is me, I must first come to know Maat, the undying truths that created me...
It is said that to honor myself, I must first come to know and to love myself,
by giving me the right to the individuality that is I...
Yet, to do so, must not I trust I Am That I Am of me, myself, and I?
Must not I come to know that which is truth and that which is false within me, myself, and I?
Where comes this honor, this Genesu that judges me, my deeds, and my thoughts...
It is written that the first truth is the Truth Of Maat.
It is written that the first trust is the Trust Of Genesu...
Yet, so still am I unknown to me!
