In Fabric-like time, there is no past, as we know the past to be, there is no present, and, there is no future. There is only The Now. However, because both forms of time do exist upon The Earth Experience's Astral Plane of Common Reality, Cosmic Man's time is experienced for the common man as The Past. That is why in the diagram above Cosmic Man has his head on backward... Cosmic Man cannot see anything that is not in his past... however recent that past might be.
