Needless to say, as the circling becomes tighter and tighter towards the center, there is less energy fed to keep the continuum's target action going; and, as a result, the target action becomes less and less active, until it stops completely. If one were to truly begin to work on the process of controlling his emotions, then they would be starting at the continuum's outer rim. As more and more control was achieved, they would find themselves nearer the center.
